How can I return my articles?

I returned my order, when can I hope for a refund?
Once we have received your return, please provide up to 14 days for refund to be processed.
You will receive an email as soon as it is done. We thank you for your patience and the time you have given us to make sure that everything is going well.
Do I have to create an account to order something online?
You don't need a Neige account to place an order. You can choose to pay as a guest for a quick transaction, use PayPal for fast payment or register as a customer.
I forgot my password: what should I do?
Don't worry, it happens. Ask for a new password via the connection portal

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is paid, the changes are no longer possible because we immediately launch the treatment. If you want to add products, we recommend that you place a new order.

Can I follow my order with the delivery monitoring code?
Yes, as soon as we have transferred your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing the code monitoring code delivery.
Please note that the carrier must first process the order. Once the carrier has received your order, you can normally follow it from the next working day. The code monitoring code delivery still does not work? Please try again the next working day.
When do I receive my order?
As soon as you place your order, we immediately launch the process. Your order is then transferred to the carrier responsible for delivering the package to you.
Once we have transferred your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing the delivery code of delivery.
