Control of orders
We strive to process and send orders under 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Our priority is that you receive your purchases quickly and in perfect condition.
Please note that during launching new collections or sales periods, shipping times may be slightly extended due to the large volume of controls. Our team makes every effort to ensure a quick shipment.

International shipping and customs
All international orders are shipped in acquitted rights (DDP). This means that import duties and taxes are calculated and paid during payment, you will have no additional costs on delivery.
As a major, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the country of reception. Although we do our best to meet the deadlines announced, delays related to customs formalities may occur. We advise you to consult your local customs office for any questions.
Order monitoring and address modification
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow your package in real time. Note that follow -up information can once to appear at the carrier.
The delivery address cannot be modified after validation of the order, as it is quickly transferred to the carrier.
Orders not delivered or delivery problem
